It’s one of the most chilled festivals I’ve been to, and the fact it’s in Portsmouth (a city) means there are hotels, toilets, bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Brilliant. Whether you live in Portsmouth or not, Victorious is a great festival to go to and one of my favourites.
