What do you wear to Lido?
WHAT TO WEAR. Whether you choose to wear neoprene – wet suit, rash vest, gloves, boots – or just your swimming costume is totally up to you. But maybe better to start over-dressed and enjoy your swim, rather than under-dressed and be put off cold water swimming for life.
